The central kitchen area and large end bathroom means you've room to move in this caravan. The large modern central roof light gives it a light and airy feel.

The front sitting area converts into twin or a double bed. The chest of drawers has a fold down table top and there's a larger free standing table which can also be used for outdoor dining. 2 central lights are supplemented by 2 wall lights and 2 spot lights, ideal for reading. There's an on board television signal booster and an external aerial socket for connection to a larger aerial

The kitchen area has plenty of storage space and includes a full gas oven, separate grill and 4 ring hob. The fridge includes an ice box and runs on gas or electricity as do the hot water and blown air heating systems.

The bathroom includes a separate walk-in shower compartment, Thetford swivel flush toilet with battery powered full indicator, wash hand basin, storage space and wardrobe.

All windows, roof lights and doors are double glazed and include privacy blinds, curtains and fly screens.

Carpeted throughout in mid green with an additional runner for protection, the co-ordinating upholstery is in blues, pinks and greens. All is in good condition.
