The main features are a dual-fuel blown-air heater, dual-fuel water heater, oven with grill, 4-burner stove, shower (in its own cubicle), electric flush toilet, removable carpet throughout, with blinds and flyscreens on all windows and a screen on the door. There are three rooflights and many internal 12v and mains lights. Externally there is a wet locker with a mains outlet.
This sale includes the awning. This is an NR Balmoral awning and is in good condition with all fittings present including a breathable groundsheet. Numerous extras will be included in this sale that currently live with the caravan....such as kettle, cutlery, crockery, toaster etc.
