Here we have for sale our 2002 Fleetwood Colchester 460/4 sold with a 360 Royal Windsor light weight awning (in red). We have owned this van for 3 years and the awning from new for 2 years, both are in good condition in relation to their age.
Good bits It has 2 single fixed beds to the rear with under bed storage, a solid sliding door for privacy, a shelf with power point and TV aerial, 6 overhead storage compartments, mirrored vanity unit with cupboard and drawer. Heating is provided by a Truma Trumatic that can be operated either by gas or electric, it also has a blown air option. It has a single rail wardrobe with room for extra storage i.e. footwear. It also has a power unit for the external TV aerial. The bathroom has a Thetford cassette toilet, combined washbasin/shower, many storage compartments and shower curtain, this room is also heated by the blown air heating system. The 77 litre fridge can be powered by mains or gas and when attached to the car also works on a 12V system to stop food spoiling whilst travelling. Above the fridge is a large work surface where we had the TV and a microwave, and above this is more storage units and small bar. It has a 4 ring gas cooker with separate grill and oven, a good size sink, both oven and sink have glass hinged covers to make a large work surface when not in use. There are storage units above and below this. The U shaped lounge area can also be made into a double bed at night; there are storage areas under both seats, this lounge area also has 6 overhead storage compartments and a large tilt and slide sunroof. The door is a stable door design with blind.
The large front locker holds 2 gas bottles, it has an exterior BBQ point and locker, TV aerial input point on A-frame and also separate Status aerial on roof.
Bad bits as shown in photograph there is slight damage to the bottom of the awning rail at the rear of the van but this should cause no problems as the awning is inserted from the front. The front A-Frame cover is cracked in 2 places , this damage was on the van when we purchased it and has never caused us any problems. There is also a chip in the work surface this has been filled with resin.
When new this van was top of the range for its model and year
For her age she is in very good condition but does have the odd ding/dent/scratch etc but nothing you would not expect to see from a van of this age.
Genuine reason for sale - family has grown so we need a bigger van, we have had 3 fantastic years holidaying in this van and hope the new owners enjoy her as much as we have.
