Description

It is a 4berth caravan with one large double bed which 3 people could easily sleep on as it is the entire width of the caravan, and 2 bunk beds to the rear of the caravan.

When the beds are not down, the lounge area has seating for at least 5 people around the original fold down table which is stored away in the bathroom when not in use. There is also a smaller table with seating for 2, at the rear of the caravan which converts into the bunk beds.

The overall External Size of the Caravan is 17ft long and 7ft wide. The overall unladen chassis weight is 21cwt or 1056kg.

The overall condition of the caravan is good throughout and all parts and appliances work and are in good condition.

Inside the caravan, there is a sink, a 2 Burner gas hob, and a gas oven and grill. There is also a fridge that will run on either gas or electric controlled by an easily selectable switch on the front of the fridge. There is also a setting so that the fridge can remain working whilst hooked up to the car electrics when towing, so that when you arrive, all your fridge contents are kept cool.

There is also a bathroom/wetroom, which has a sink, a shower and a cassette style chemical toilet, which is easily emptied via the slide out cassette via the access door on the outside of the caravan. Also behind the access door is the tank which holds the flush water for the toilet
The caravan also comes with a leisure battery. Heating is provided by an integral gas heater.

There are many storage cupboards allowing above the rear seating area and above the lounge area, and a larder next to the fridge, and also wardrobe space and shelves.
