Single axle, 22ft long, 1 King Size front bed (which can sleep 3 if required), 1 rear double bed, plus single fold away bunk above. The rear sleeping area has a sliding door which is ideal if you have children or just want some privacy.
Central Shower room, sink and Thetford Toilet. Very effective Gas/Electric Fanmaster warm air ducted heating with 3 outlets including one in the bathroom, very cosy.
Double glazing and roller blinds with fly screens. Gas/Electric Water Heater. Gas Oven, 4 ring hob and grill. Gas/Electric/Battery powered fridge and small freezer. Status TV & FM Radio Aerial. 12v and 240v lighting.
The awning includes lightweight aluminium poles, attractive curtains, storm straps and has hardly been used. All tyres were replaced 3 years ago and Tyron flat-tyre protectors were fitted to the main wheels.

Additional items included: Gas bottle, Small fold up Gas Barbeque, AquaRoll Water Container and Wastemaster water cady, toaster, kettle, extra matching fold up table, clock, wheel clamp, superb new Alko Tow Hitch with built in stabilizer and hitch lock, long power lead with continental adapters, peddle bin, step, 1 year old heavy duty battery, and all manuals. The van was completely resealed and the floor was resin injected 3 years ago. We do not smoke or have any pets.

Overall the van is in excellent condition for the year both inside and out apart from a few minor external marks and a small dent in the rear left side panel. There is also a small amount of rippling to two internal panels in the front right and rear left corners. This is largely hidden by the furnishings and cupboards and is barely noticeable. This was caused by 2 previous leaks which were rectified when the van was resealed.

The caravan is currently stored at a secure caravan storage area in Hertford Herts. This facility would be available for transfer if required. This is a lovely looking van with a beautiful interior and excellent layout, ideal for any family. The price reflects the slight imperfections and is considerably less than you would have to pay at a dealer for something similar.
