***********THIS CARAVAN IS NOW SOLD YOU'RE TOO LATE!***********4-berth luxury caravan. Very clean, very good condition & all in good working order. Top spec caravan – quality furnishings, plenty of storage & lots of finishing touches not included in new ’vans. Reluctant sale, due to disability.

Lounge area has 2 parallel bench seats which convert into a large double bed (6’3”x6’8” (2mx1.9m)) via a pull-out slat system or can be used as 2 full length single beds (6’3” (1.9m)). There are two 240v lights, four 12v spot lights & a ceiling light. Between the bench seats is a 2-drawer unit with fold-out table. A large free-standing table can be used between the bench seats (or in the awning) for family dining. Under one seat are 2 water tanks (1 cold, 1 hot). Water can be taken either from the exterior water barrel or from the onboard tanks which fill at the flick of a switch (via a transfer pump).

The kitchen has an oven, grill & 4-ring hob (all gas), air-conditioning, display drinks cabinet with mood-light, four spot lights, ceiling light, sink & fridge, plus worktop space & a cutlery drawer which are both more than ample. A small dining table with single seats converts to bunk beds – the lower bunk is suitable for an adult (length 6’ (1.83m).

End bathroom has a shower cubicle which doubles up as full-length hanging space, toilet, sink/cupboard unit, mirrored cabinet & floor-to-ceiling wardrobe.

Through-out the van there are lots of storage areas: 13 overhead cupboards, 3 floor level cupboards, 4 large drawers, the wardrobe, the shower & all the areas under the seats.

There is an awning/exterior light which can be switched on/off remotely for easy entry in the dark. The ivory-coloured exterior is eye-catching & enhances the character. There are a few minor dents but they don’t affect the overall look of the ’van. It has been serviced regularly since we bought it new in 2003. Last one was 2010 when new tyres were fitted & kept covered.

The ’van comes with several extras including: full-length Bradcot awning, PowrTouch motor mover, breathable winter cover, Bull-dog wheel clamp, waste water tank, three 12v adaptor plugs, two 12v power cables, a spare water pump & all original manuals/paperwork.
