Description

This 4 berth caravan is in fantastic condition and is priced for a quick sale. The upholstery, carpets and furniture are unmarked. This caravan has been very well looked after with very regular servicing, undercover storage and comes complete with many extras.

The caravan has had a full service in September 2011. The caravan is complete with all the manuals and paperwork (including a service history).

This caravan has an extremely popular layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area with two single beds or a large double utilising a pull out slat system mounted under a chest of drawers, which has a fold-out table. There is also a collapsable dining table stored in the central island.

At the rear is a very large bathroom with a Thetford toilet, spacious shower cubicle, wardrobe, sink, mirror and ample storage including a very handy heated airing cupboard.

Also in the rear of the caravan, is a fixed double bed. The bedroom can be completely separated from the rest of the caravan by a concertina partition. There is lots of storage in overhead lockers and shelving units around the bed. There are 12 volt and 240 volt reading lights and ceiling lights and a Heiki rooflight. Between the bedroom and the kitchen, is a compartment specifically for a TV (a 19" television fits perfectly), which can face either into the bedroom or the lounge.
A well appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid section. The kitchen has a four ring hob (gas and electric), separate grill and oven, Dometic 3-way fridge with ice box and a bi-directional 3-speed extractor/intake fan. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. Included in the sale is a low-wattage toaster, a kettle, cutlery, crockery, cups, pots, pans, glasses and storage containers.

All windows are fitted with independent blinds and fly-screens, there are the two large Heki rooflights. The stable door also has a flyscreen.

The caravan comes complete with a 40l aqua roll, Wastemaster, levelling ramps, Alko hitch lock, wheel clamp, 7kg and 3.5kg gas bottles, recently bought leisure battery, Status aerial, a CD and radio, smoke alarm, fire blanket and fire extinguisher, door step, spare wheel, alloy wheels, hoover and a box of spares (light bulb, fuses, awning rubbers etc...)

The Truma blown air heating and space heater work off electric and gas. The Truma Ultrastore water heater can also be used with electric or gas. There is an internal water tank.

There is an awning/exterior light, an 240v electric socket in the front locker and an exterior gas barbeque point.

Also included in the sale is a full length Ventura awning (fibre-glass poles), matching curtains, breathable groundsheet, awning furniture, wind-break, mallet, storm straps and many pegs.

The caravan has a Alko stabiliser fitted and is therefore easy to tow.
