1990's Willerby Leven 28 static caravan, 28 feet by 10 feet, one or two bedroomed for sale. The caravan has been removed from its pitch, due to a new replacement being sited by the pitch owners, and is available for collection from near Garstang in North West Lancashire.

This is a spacious caravan, with large lounge, good size kitchen that has been professionally converted from part of the second bedroom, a double bedroom leading to large walk in wardrobe room, which could also be used as small single bedroom, plus shower room/toilet. Both internally and externally, the van is in excellent condition.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge, with gas fire and built in furniture. There is no built in seating, the previous owner had their own free standing suite. There is a extenal door leading into the lounge. The kitchen is double sided, having been professionally enlarged using part of the second bedroom, with good quality fitted units, including gas cooker and aluminium chequer plate flooring..

There is a large rear bedroom with door to the walk in wardrobe or second bedroom and a separate shower/toilet room. There are carpets fitted to all rooms, but no curtains.

The All services (gas, water and electric supply) in good working order when removed from pitch.
