Spacious holiday home in lovely peaceful, location Devon hills, just a few minutes drive to the beaches and town of Paignton. Devon Hills is a select holiday village which has an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, that residents can use free of charge. The area is away from the tourist area.

The home is less than 2 years old and benefits from double glazing and central heating. There is wood decking to one side for extra outside space. Beneath the decking there is ample storage space.

The home sleeps up to 5 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 2 small children comfortably. (Mixture adults and children) There is one double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a pull out extra wide single bed or small double. This would comfortably sleep one adult or two small children.

There is a parking space directly outside the home. It is very quiet and there is no road noise but a bus stop is within walking distance. Buses go to Paignton, Totnes, Torquay, Brixham and Plymouth.

The home is just a few minutes walk to a 15th century thatched inn with restaurant and entertainment.
