This fabulous luxury holiday home is an extra wide 2006 Colorado ABI static holiday caravan. Measuring 36x12 it offers spacious holiday accommodation.
The holiday home easily sleeps 6 people in one double and two twin bedrooms, and will sleep a further two people on a comfortable pull out double bed in the lounge.The large lounge, with family seating area and gas fire, has a television, with freeview and a DVD player.

There is a separate dining area and a well appointed kitchen equipped with full size family cooker, 2 microwave cookers, fridge, toaster, kettle, all utensils, plenty of worktop space and cupboards. Other items provided are an iron and ironing board.There are oil filled heaters in all three bedrooms. The bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and roomy shower with multi setting head; the hot water being provided by a gas supplied combi boiler.

Parking is adjacent to the caravan with a seating area to the front and side.

The beach is a two minute walk, with the family entertainment centre a similar distance.
