The caravan is fully serviced and already sited on a lovely site “Happy Valley“in Wig Fach, Porthcawl which has all facilities including a Clubhouse. A sea view and walking access to the beach.
There are lots of extras included such as oil filled heaters, microwave oven, lamps etc.
All windows and central double door are double glazed making the caravan very warm in winter.
The base has been maintained and the necessary paints applied yearly.
A side wooden veranda has been added giving good access and added privacy.
The price includes groundrent for the 2009 season and the new siting fee. If the caravan is sold without the site a different price is available. |
